As a registered user (“User”), you acknowledge and represent that you are authorised to use Laws of Pakistan Online to the extent you have paid for the services, for example, silver package or gold package. You agree to not share your login credentials (e.g., username and password) with anyone not authorised by LexEDPK Ltd or otherwise unauthorised. Unauthorised access, including sharing login details or excessive use, for example any use which will not be carried out in the ordinary course of legal research by an individual user, beyond fair usage policy, may result in suspension or termination of access. LexEdPK Ltd reserves the right to deactivate accounts in cases of unauthorised activity without prior notice.
At LexEdPK Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality legal resources through Laws of Pakistan Online. To ensure that all users benefit from our services in a fair and consistent manner, we have implemented a Fair Usage Policy.
Under this policy, each user is entitled to reasonable and non-excessive use of the platform’s resources, which includes browsing, searching, and accessing legal content for personal or professional purposes. Fair usage means using the platform in a way that does not negatively impact the experience of other users or strain the system’s resources.

Users agree to make timely payments, whether quarterly, annually, or as specified, in accordance with the prevailing subscription rates. Payment entitles the User to lawful access and use of the Service under the terms outlined herein and subject to the fair usage policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities occurring under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access or a security breach, you must notify LexEdPK Ltd immediately by emailing at support@lawsofpakistan.online. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
You agree not to copy, download, scrape, print, store, reproduce, distribute, retransmit, circulate, or sell any content from the Service, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement. The data provided through the Service is intended for the user’s personal use only. Any data provided through this service cannot be resold or provided free of charge, in its original or copied form, for commercial purposes. Any commercial use or redistribution of the data is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from LexEdPK Ltd.
Users are expressly prohibited from downloading content from the Service for storage in archival databases, searchable databases, or any similar repositories. You may not sell, license, or distribute any data, whether in print or digital format, without express written consent. Additionally, you must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to decipher the proprietary software and content structures of the Service.
All content on Laws of Pakistan Online, including but not limited to data structures, formats, layouts, and content, is the exclusive property of LexEdPK Ltd and its licensors. Except for the limited licence to access and use the Service as outlined in this Agreement, all intellectual property rights remain solely with LexEdPK Ltd and its content providers.
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, either express or implied. LexEdPK Ltd makes no guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, currentness, or uninterrupted availability of the Service. We do not warrant the performance or results you may obtain from using the Service.
LexEdPK Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or errors in legal research.
We do not guarantee that access to the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Downtime due to maintenance, server issues, or other interruptions may occur. LexEdPK Ltd assumes no liability for any delays, interruptions, or losses, including the potential inadvertent loss of data.
The User is solely responsible for ensuring the legal, safe, and compliant use of the Service in accordance with applicable laws. LexEdPK Ltd is not responsible for any legal consequences resulting from the misuse of data accessed through the Service.
LexEdPK Ltd reserves the right to amend this Agreement, including but not limited to usage policies and payment terms. It is the User’s responsibility to regularly review these Terms & Conditions. By continuing to use the Service after modifications, you agree to be bound by the amended Agreement.
LexEdPK Ltd reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of unauthorised access or misuse of the Service.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the User and LexEdPK Ltd concerning the use of the Service. It supersedes any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan only. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
By selecting "I Agree," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions set forth in this Agreement.
